Any agreements you enter into with third parties (dealerships, banks, credit unions, insurers, or transporters) are solely between you and that third party.

3. Credit Application & Sensitive Information

In some cases, we may request personal and financial information (including but not limited to Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, employment details, and income data) to assist with financing or dealer applications.

By providing this information, you agree that:

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Financing approvals, loan terms, or interest rates.

Vehicle pricing, availability, or condition.

Timely delivery of vehicles or services from third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Auto Brokers and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to:
